"It should have been a great hunt - high winds and nasty weather on the way. We hunted #41 hoping to lure in some of the many mallards from the south sanctuary. The birds flew out to feed on a strong south wind;but, instead of coming back to the south sanctuary, they all piled into the north sanctuary , rather than fight the wind in their bills! We managed to bag 1 mallard, 5 Teal, and a goose. Only a couple of hunters in the marsh today."
